EPJO CD

We’ve been in the studio all week and all I can say is that the band and Efrat sound wonderful. Everybody is a pleasure to work with and this is the happiest I’ve been in a long time.

SUMMER!!!

School in Katowice finished.
School in Graz finished.
School in Berlin finished (except for one more concert next week).
I don’t have to fly anywhere, go to any meetings, analyse any scores, grade any tests, rehearse any big bands, plan any concerts or do any lesson plans.
I’m bored already!
I have to start writing for my band (a pleasure!) [...]

Stuff

Things are speeding towords the end of the semester in Graz. Exams, recitals and concerts
all next week. The legendary “Stage Band Party” was Thursday and it was a blast, as
always. The police came and I had to talk them out of arresting the whole jazz department.
